The CAPE is for our heroes. The people that amaze us, teach us, and inspire us. And each, and every one of us has the potential to do that.
CAPE aims to empower and engage individuals through corporate services, creating inventive programmes and delivering sports hospitality and business events. Our mission is to reach those who often fall outside the scope of traditional corporate structures, through our community interest entity CAPE CALM CIC.
Our Focus
Young people (aged 13-30) pursuing self-employed trades, lacking access to guidance and support typically provided by larger corporations.
Mid-career professionals transitioning to new fields, seeking recruitment advice, coaching, or entrepreneurial opportunities without an established network or support system.
The elder generation approaching the end of their full-time careers, looking to acquire new skills and contribute to the growth of younger generations through their wealth of experiences.
Underprivileged communities striving for self-sufficiency rather than relying on handouts.
